We care about your privacy. Below we explain who processes your data, for what purpose and what rights you have. This applies to data provided in the contact form and during phone contact. The Polish version is legally binding.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is SPRAWNO Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Gnieźnieńska 82, 62-006 Bogucin (tel. 500 272 005, e-mail: kontakt@sprawno.pl).

2. What data we collect

Via the contact form: name, phone number, optionally e-mail, car make and model, and the message. During a phone call — the data you provide yourself.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to contact you, prepare a quote and book a visit — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then for the period required by law. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data recipients

Data may be processed by IT and hosting providers on our behalf (including Cloudflare infrastructure). With your consent we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), which may involve transferring data outside the EEA (to the USA) on the basis of standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses necessary cookies to function and — only after you give consent — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity analytics tools (session recordings and heatmaps), deployed via Google Tag Manager, that help us understand how you use the site. Until you consent, no statistics are collected (we use Google Consent Mode). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).

8. Voluntary nature

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to contact you and handle your enquiry.

9. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions and do not profile your data.
